Chapter Six: Kekekekekeke omgZergRush!^^
(Please note that this chapter will probably be removed. I might not remove it, though. But I'm writing this at 1:30 AM. So yeah. Don't expect anything major.)
Wolf and Raioh were already running towards the Garage area of the AcceleDrome, after realizing that Pheonix wasn't responding to anything they said. Raioh beat Wolf to the Garage, and his car. Raioh opened the door of the car, and shook Pheonix.
"Wh-what? Hey... What's this in my hand?" Pheonix said, looking at the strange glowy thing he was holding.
"I... Don't know." Wolf said, finally getting there.
A loud crash echoed through the fairly large building, and the Van ripped around the corner and came to a nice stop by the other Cruisers.
Senretsu jumped out of the van and ran up to Wolf. "Bro, Bro! Guess what I got!" he said, jumping up and down with excitement.
"Ugh... what, Senretsu?" Wolf said.
"I jacked some parts from a wrecked Drones car!" Senretsu said.
"... You're insane, kid. Now I'm sure you're my brother." Wolf said "We'll check 'em out in a few, okay?"
Raioh snatched the odd glowy thing from Pheonix, and turned it over in his hand. "Hold on... That symbol looks familiar... That's..." Raioh said "That's the symbol I saw on the cam as you came back to Earth!"
"So... This is somehow related to the Realm?" Pheonix said.
"Yes. It's called an Accelecharger." Said Tezla, using his awesome stealth skills to come up to the Cruisers.
"... Okay, Tezla. Start explaining things to us, not just telling us the names of things." Wolf said, as Pheonix finally got out of the car.
"The accelechargers let cars do things they normally couldn't. There's a wide variety of effects to them." Tezla said.
"... Huh. Interesting." Wolf said.
"So how do we use them?" Senretsu asked.
"Well... In case you haven't noticed, there's a little slot in the dashboards of the cars. That's where you put the AcceleCharger." Tezla replied.
"... How did we not see that before?" Wolf asked, sighing.
"... I'm going to need to study that AcceleCharger... so if you don't mind..." Said Tezla, putting his hand out towards Pheonix.
"... Right. I'm going to give YOU my prize. Fat chance." Pheonix said, stuffing the AcceleCharger in his pocket.
"... But I'm your boss! I'm employing you!" Tezla said.
"... Let's eee... We aren't getting paid at all, we can't leave this freaking complex-" Trevor said
"Yes you can." Tezla said, cutting off Trevor.
"Oh, can we? Sweet." Wolf said.
"Too bad, though. I'm still not giving you the 'Charger." Pheonix said.
"Why the heck not!?" Tezla said.
"Cause... It's my trophy. You want one, you RACE!" Pheonix said.
Tezla wandered off, shaking his head.
"Oh, Tezla... I just had an idea." Pheonix said, grinning.
Tezla turned around.
"How about you give me access to the funds for this place... And I'll give you the 'Charger." Pheonix said.
"B- Okay... Fine." Tezla said, walking back. He handed Pheonix a debit card. "Password is 1812, Chequing account..." he grumbled. Tezla grabbed the Accelecharger and walked off.
"Sweet. Hey, Wolf. Wanna give me a ride into town?" Pheonix said, grinning.
Six Hours Later.
Wolf, Pheonix, Senretsu, and Raioh had scrap metal, glass, and boatloads of other junk scattered across one half of the Acceledrome. Along with some basic equipment for metal working. English Wheel, Tablesaw, Plasma cutters, Welding torches, and a drill press or six.
In the six hours since they bought all the new stuff (I'm not sure how they got it back to the AcceleDrome. Multiple trips, I guess.), Wolf had studied the heck out the parts Sen brought back from the Storm Realm. He determined two things. One: Senretsu is an idiot for bringing a DOOR back and Two: That wheel rocks.
Wolf had no way of replecating the Drones technology, which bummed him out. So he came up with a fairly good plan: Jack a Drones car.
Wolf needed a weapon for this, though. Preferably something big. And smashy. Quite honestly, he would have liked 9-foot-long Katana. But that's just impractical. So he merely found a length of high-voltage transmission wire to use.
Anyway. The Cruisers had been working six straight hours (Except for Wolf. He's only worked for ONE hour.), and have so far assembled the Chassis of Pheonix's new vehicle... So far known as Project Kamikaze.
The car was a SuperCar. To call it anything else is a blasphemization. The plan was simple... Okay, no it wasn't. But anyway. The car was supposed to have a V12 engine (Wolf's custom design.), Scissor doors, a sleek design, and various other things. And a flame paintjob.
Anyway, just as Wolf was fitting another part onto the car... The wheel started a-turning.
(dun dun dun! Behold, Project Kamikaze! Anyway, the next realm won't be one from the movies. So be prepared for something that will knock you outta your socks! You paid for your whole seat, but you'll only need the edge! You'll be waiting for up to a week!)
